Kintyre Aged Care Development
Dubbo, NSW
150 unit aged care facility
This development saw NextGen construct the infrastructure and buildings for a 150 Unit Aged Care facility with associated community facilities and landscaping. The project included the construction of an intersection on the Newell Highway, clearing of the required vegetation, construction of sealed roads, sewer, underground electricity, NBN, natural gas, water, stormwater, signage and landscaping. The building works included the construction of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom independent living units, substantial landscaping, retaining walls and signage. The development is one of the most sought-after aged care facilities in regional NSW.
Kintyre Residential Subdivision
Dubbo, NSW
45 lot rural residential subdivision
This project required us to construct the 45-lot rural residential subdivision on the edge of Dubbo City. The project included the construction of an intersection on the Newell Highway, formation and sealing of several kilometres of Blackbutt Road (a public carriageway), clearing of vegetation, construction of sealed roads, sewer, underground electricity, telecommunications, natural gas, water, stormwater, signage, and landscaping. We delivered documentation of works as executed drawings and testing and compliance certificates were provided to the consent authorities and client. Kintyre Estate is one of the most sought-after residential areas to live in Dubbo.
Macquarie View Estate Residential Subdivision
Dubbo, NSW
98 lot residential subdivision
The scope of this project was to construct the final 98 lots in the prestigious Macquarie View Estate. The project included the construction of a new entry statement, clearing of the required vegetation, construction of sealed roads, kerb and gutter, sewer, underground electricity, NBN, natural gas, water, stormwater, signage and landscaping. The project was managed utilising our stringent systems and procedures to ensure a quality outcome in what was a trying period with COVID, close proximity of existing residents and an extremely wet year in 2021. Macquarie View is one of the most sought-after residential areas to live in Dubbo and will be completed in 2022.
