Brett Anderson
Director
Brett manages our compliance, oversight and policy direction.
A chartered professional engineer, Brett has over 30 years’ experience in consulting, construction and the development of property and infrastructure. He has undertaken post graduate studies and been a director of private, public, and not for profit organisations. He is interested in entrepreneurialism, regional development and encouraging enterprise within our younger generations in regional communities.
Brett has completed the Camino De Santiago twice.
Jack Anderson
Safety / Business Development Manager
Jack manages our system implementation and documentation including HR, procurement, WHS, environment and quality.
Jack has been raised in a family that have been immersed in the construction industry and he has experience plumbing, concreting and civil construction. He is currently enrolled in a Certificate in Civil Construction and Surveying with TAFE. Our link between the office and site, Jack ensures that programming and procedures are being followed.
Jack loves dogs, Loz and his kids. He is also a Bulldogs supporter.
Judy Brock
Financial Controller
Judy manages all aspects of our finances.
Holding a Diploma of Accounting, Judy has more than 10 years of experience in accounts, financial control and regulatory compliance for BAWD Property Trust and now Nextgen Civil. Working as a BAS Agent, she has her own Bookkeeping business, servicing clients across the Central West for more than 15 years. She seamlessly manages Nextgen Civils’ finances while reporting to the director, accountants, ATO and management team.
Judy loves spending time with her family and is a passionate equestrian.
Donovan O’Brien
Plant Manager
Donovan manages our plant, vehicles and tools
A qualified diesel mechanic, Donovan has over 6 years’ experience in the heavy machinery industry. He is responsible for the management, servicing, cyclic maintenance, replacement, warranties, operating manuals, registration, insurance and safekeeping of all plant, vehicles, power and pneumatic tools and hand tools. Additionally, he maintains our digital plant registry and communication between our office and sites.
Donovan plays rugby and enjoys socialising with his friends. He is also a Roosters supporter.
Grant Milgate
Services / Civil Manager
Grant coordinates our underground services
Grant is from Western NSW and is undertaking a Certificate in Civil Construction and Surveying with TAFE. He is responsible for the coordination and laying of underground services, including stormwater, water, sewer, gas, NBN and electricity.
Grant loves being with his family and friends, sport, and fishing.
